Justin Romano is the founder of Bayview Payroll Services.  Since 2005, Justin has had the experience of overseeing and processing complex payrolls for a variety of companies including franchisors and national software developers.  Justin and his family relocated from Boston, Massachusetts to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he played an essential role in the growth of one of the most successful local payroll service providers in Eastern United States.

 

During Justin's payroll career, he recognized businesses could only choose from the giant national companies that focus only on profits and neglect providing the client with a positive experience.  Value is the missing link in the payroll industry and Justin wanted to take his vision and create a company that would give local businesses just that.  Bayview Payroll Services prides itself on providing payroll knowledge, state of the art technology and personalized customer support for small to medium sized South Florida businesses.
